This was a project for a mate who owns and runs Timber by Terry, Bulk Timber Sales out of the North Shore in Auckland, NZ. I designed this graphic for him that was printed onto t-shirts to gift to his clients. I'm in the process of making lamps from old skateboards, so he handed me an old deck, which he thought I was just going to paint the graphic onto, instead I carved this company graphic into the sanded down deck, poured freshly brewed espresso into the design to stain it, then coated it with resin, and wired up to make this awesome one off light.
He was blown away. “That’s going in the Pool Room mate!”
